To ensure you get the best from our service, all personal trainers are hold a minimum qualification of Level 3 in Personal Training.
Aleksandra has been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years, delivering personal training session and group exercise classes.
She has always been passionate about sport. Since her school years Aleksandra has been taking part in lots of competitions including gymnastics and athletics. She also danced for over 10 years.
Aleksandra specialises in strength training and trains herself 5 times per week. She is currently preparing for her first fitness competition!
Aleksandra says the most rewarding part of her job is “being able to witness the changes in clients’ lifestyles and helping them achieve their fitness goals”.
Her areas of expertise are strength training, muscle building, fat loss, toning, posture correction, flexibility, conditioning, nutritional advice and event specific training.
James has worked in the health and fitness industry for 5 years in a variety of roles including Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and Class Instructor.
He has trained in the gym himself for 7 years and has also been a keen rugby player for over 10 years.
James has a natural interest in strength training and regularly tests himself to see how he has progressed.
His areas of expertise are fat loss, muscle gain and specific sport orientated training.
James can train in many different formats to suit any client’s needs and enjoys training a variety of people of various ages, abilities and fitness levels
