It’s Lorna’s aim and passion to promote a positive healthy lifestyle and help her clients achieve their personal fitness goals.

She also currently teaches seated exercise for the elderly in nursing homes and physical activity classes for Age Concern (UK).

“I aim to make my Personal Training as fun as possible and involve a variety of toning, cardiovascular and stretching suitable for all ages. I concentrate sessions on toning problem areas and help improve clients’ stamina with a variety of cardiovascular exercises. I also understand the importance of the individual’s needs and goals and try to meet these expectations. My bespoke, pragmatic training sessions are open to everyone and I actively encourage both ladies and gentlemen of all ages to attend.”
