Rivers offers a personal training service to help you achieve your health and fitness goals! Our Personal Trainers specialise in many different areas such as weight management, injury rehabilitation, sports specific training and nutrition.

To ensure you get the best from our service, all personal trainers are hold a minimum qualification of  Level 3 in Personal Training.

Vicky Jeffries

Vicky’s has a very active background, having danced for 8 years after originally training at the Arts Educational School in London, one of the top performing arts schools in the country. She was also a keen runner and member of the Thames Valley Harriers athletics club. Vicky also boxed for a number of years before turning her passion for fitness into a career.

Vicky has now been working in the fitness industry for 3 years and in that time she has gained the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Advanced Level 3 Exercise Referral
  • Les Mills BODYPUMP™ Instructor
  • Spinning Instructor
  • Circuits Instructor

Vicky’s passions and areas of expertise include weight training, strength and conditioning, flexibility, weight management, nutrition advice and boxing pad work.

She fills her spare time boxing and training in the gym, as well as running around after her two children!
