At Rivers we have so many Group Exercise Classes you'll be spoilt for choice, you're bound to find the right one for you.

Whether the class is in one of the studios, the Fitness Room or one our other great facilities, you can be sure that you'll have a great time, build your fitness and improve your self confidence.

All Rivers Group Exercise Classes are led by qualified instructors.

Class Description:

 

On The Ball

Using gym balls, this full body workout concentrates on toning the core muscles of the abdomen, lower back and bottom.

 

Riverlution

Enjoy all the benefits of group cycling in a fun and lively setting! The instructor will guide you through a variety of positions, tempos and routines

 

Stretch and Tone

Gentle stretching and toning exercises that work the upper and lower body, finishing with a relaxation session.

 

Circuit Training

Taking place in the Sports Hall with lots of variation, this high intensity session burns fat whilst focusing on cardiovascular fitness and endurance.


Bums, Tums & Thighs

A low impact workout that focuses on toning up those 'problem areas'.

 

Step

Played out to music, this classic step aerobics class is a low impact fat burner and muscle toner.

 

Body Blitz

An all over body 'blitz' of muscular strength and endurance.
