We offer a comprehensive range of exercise classes to suit everyone, no matter what level of fitness you may have.

 

It is our aim to set the highest possible standards in exercise classes through our facilities, quality of instructors and innovative planning.

Class Description

 

Circuit Training
With lots of variation, this high intensity session burns fat whilst focusing on cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Body Conditioning
An all over body workout of muscular strength and endurance.

Pilates
Pilates develop the body uniformly, improving alignment through gentle toning and stretching exercise.

Boxercise
A boxing inspired aerobics and muscular workout that combine punches, kicks and knee strikes.

Core Stability
Using gym balls, this full body workout concentrates on toning the core muscle of the abdomen, lower back and bottom.
