Evesham Leisure Centre is privileged to have in their gym the new Kinesis machines from Technogym. We are currently the only Leisure Centre in the country to have this installed.
It is located in the Fitness Room by the new stretching area, so why not pop down and give it a try?! 

The Technogym Kinesis machines aims to bridge the gap between conventional strength training and functional training for the optimum training experience:

Complete freedom of movement - perform all movements without any interference between cable and forearm that can occur on conventional cable machines.

Intuitive movement - for performing a correct, natural movement, the handles are in a preset position making your movements more intuitive and natural - offering freedom of movement in angles and trajectories desired by you.

Simple immediate use - the ergonomic handle is always ready for use and doesn’t require any prior settings or adjustments.

More effective - because of the double weight stack, each cable controls a single independant resistance level. This will ensure you don’t favour one side over the other resulting in an even workout.
