Matt can also guarantee increased fitness for sport specific goals or simply stress management; that endorphin releasing workout at the end of a hard week.

 

Matt Smith, a REPS Level 3 qualified personal trainer, has the knowledge and enthusiasm to get you exactly where you want to be. Matt brings to Rivers an extensive background in professional sport in the golfing industry, competing and coaching at a high level. Therefore Matt will provide the highest quality service to ensure you succeed in achieving your desired results.
