Swimming

The Dolphin Centre features two swimming pools with over 90 hours of Public Swim sessions available. Swimming is one of the most effective and enjoyable ways to get fit. Whatever your age, and whatever your ability, the 25m Main Pool offers a wide selection of general public swimming, and a second Studio Pool offers the perfect location for swimming lessons and exercise classes.

Swimming Lessons

Our swimming development programme is designed for children of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced students. Courses run for 10 weeks and each lesson lasts for 30 minutes.

Parent and Toddler

This instructed class shows parents/carers how to get their child confident in the water and is for children from three months to three years.
